Terms & conditions Scene-A-Roo (https://www.scenearoo.com) regarding the use of Scene-A-Roo (https://www.scenearoo.com) services, Scene-A-Roo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”). By using Scene-A-Roo, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms, so please be sure to read these Terms when using Scene-A-Roo services. Article 1: Purpose of the Terms This agreement applies to service users of the tour reservation site “Scene-A-Roo” operated by our company. Users of this service shall use this service after agreeing to this agreement in advance. In addition, these Terms are subject to change without notice. Article 2: Member Registration “Member” means an individual who has completed the membership registration procedure specified by the Company in order to receive the provision of the Service and has been approved by the Company as a member. However, even after approval, the approval may be canceled if the Company determines that the member is inappropriate as a member. We do not accept any false declarations regarding the registration information at the time of member registration. The person, registration information (name, email address, etc.) and password shall correspond to each person only, and registration as multiple members by the same person shall not be permitted. If there is any change in the registered information, the member shall promptly perform the prescribed change procedure. Article 3: Confirmation of tour reservation The Company will send a reservation confirmation email to the member when the reservation is accepted. An Arranged Tour Contract between the Member and the Company shall be established when the reservation acceptance confirmation e-mail reaches the Member (notice of electronic consent). Article 4: Payment of the tour price The member shall pay the tour fee to the Company by credit card payment at the time the reservation is confirmed. Article 5: Cancellation and Refund of Tour Reservation If the member cancels the reservation, 100% will be refunded up to 8 days before the tour date, and 50% will be refunded from 7 to 4 days before the tour date. However, refunds will not be made 3 days before the tour date. Article 6: Change of Tour Reservation Date If a member wishes to change their reservation date, it can only be changed if there is space available on the date of change requested. Article 7: Tour cancellation and refund at our discretion If we decide to cancel the tour due to bad weather, sickness, etc., we will refund the full amount to the member for the cancellation of the tour. Article 8: Password Management Members shall be responsible for managing their passwords. Members shall not allow a third party to use their e-mail address or password, or lend, transfer, change the name of, sell, or pledge their e-mail address or password. The member shall be responsible for damages caused by insufficient management of the member’s password, erroneous use, use by a third party, etc., and the Company shall bear no responsibility. Article 9: Handling of member registration information The personal information registered by the member at the time of membership registration (hereinafter referred to as “registered information”) shall be owned and managed by the Company in accordance with the Company’s personal information protection policy. The Company shall not disclose to a third party any information that can identify a specific individual among the registered information. Article 10: Prohibited Matters for Members When using Scene-A-Roo, Members shall not engage in any of the following acts : Acts that violate these Terms Acts that violate public order and morals or laws Acts that infringe copyrights, portrait rights, or other intellectual property rights of the Company, other members, or third parties Acts that slander other members or third parties Acts that disadvantage other members or third parties Acts that interfere with our business Acts for profit Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate Article 11: Deletion or Correction of Information Disseminated by Members The Company may delete all or part of the information sent by the member that falls under or may fall under any of the following, without the consent of the member. Anything that the Company deems to fall under any of the “prohibited matters for members” of these Terms Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate Article 12: Cancellation of Membership If a member fails under any of the previously stated reasons, the Company may cancel the membership without prior notice to the member and without any liability to the member. Article 14: Copyright and property rights Users and members agree not to reproduce, publish, transfer, rent, translate, reprint, transmit, license, reuse, etc., the contents of these pages, unless they have received the prior written consent of the Company. Article 15: Changes to the Terms The Company reserves the right to change the content of these Terms as necessary.
